'Sounds of Scotland' was formed in the UK in the year 2000, by Barry Kydd in an effort to provide a standard of quality performances at various venues and events whereby Scottish Highland Entertainment had been specifically requested by the customer. It is the intention of 'Sounds of Scotland' to ensure that an artiste gives the customer/client 100% effort thereby promoting a specialized form of entertainment to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.

~ Terms and Conditions ~

1. Once an artiste(s) has been booked and that booking has been confirmed, the fee will become payable, in full, when the performance has been completed.

2. If a booking is cancelled by the client for any reason whatsoever within two (2) weeks 14 days of a confirmed date then 25% of the agreed fee is payable.

3. If a booking is cancelled by the client for any reason whatsoever within two (2) days 48 hours of a confirmed date then the whole amount of the agreed fee is payable.

4. The artiste(s) will have no obligation or authority to play outside any predetermined parameters set within his/her - your contract.
